Our route starts in Fuente Vaqueros and finishes in Alfacar. And now we are going to see the differents dishes that we can enjoy during Lorca´s route.

FUENTE VAQUEROS: It is a traditional plate of the Andalusian kitchen consisted of meat of young pork.

VALDERRUBIO: "Huevos nevados"is a traditional dessert that combines a cream or custard elaborated with egg.

GRANADA: The beans with ham it is a typical stew of the from Granada kitchen. sometimes it is accompanied of one or two eggs.

ALFACAR: You can´t go away of Granada without taste the bread of Alfacar.
